محمدرضا تاجیک، نماینده مجمع عالی نمایندگان کارگری، درباره شرکت های پیمانکاری وظلمی که به کارگران میشود گفت: شرکت های پیمانکاری یا واسطه ای تأمین نیروی انسانی معمولاً‌به نفع کارگری اقدامی نمی کنند. بسیاری سودجو در شرکت های پیمانکاری وارد میدان می شوند و پولی به جیب می زنند و همیشه سهم کارگر مغفول می ماند.فقط حق کارگران ضایع می شود.بسیاری از شرکت های پیمانکاری با عدم پرداخت بیمه و عیدی و سنوات کارگران به مدل های مختلف؛ حق کارگران را پایمال می کنند. 

 تاجیک ادامه داد:شرکت های پیمانکاری باید حذف شود و اگر قرار است شرکتی نیروی جذب کند, نیروی کار باید مستقیم با همان شرکت قرارداد همکاری امضا کند. نیروهای پیمانکاری از تمام مزایا حذف می شوند. تخلف های زیادی در زمینه شرکت های پیمانکاری برای کارگران وجود دارد. از عدم بیمه کارگران تا عدم پرداخت عیدی و سنوات و… بنابراین ضرورت دارد که این شرکت ها جمع شود. یکی از ظلم هایی که به کارگران می شود مرتبط با شرکت های پیمانکاری است. در این شرکت ها  کارگران زحمت می کشند، ولی واسطه گران یا پیمانکاران استفاده می کنند.

تاجیک گفت: موضوع امنیت شغلی و حذف پیمانکاری‌ها و قراردادهای موقت را بارها در دولت‌ها و مجالس گذشته پیگیری کردیم، اما متأسفانه مورد توجه قرار نگرفت. حذف پیمانکاری‌ها به خصوص در صنعت نفت که رانتهای گسترده‌ای در آن وجود دارد بسیار سخت است. اکنون نیز درخواست ما از مجلس و نمایندگانی که به عنوان وکیل مردم به بهارستان رفته‌اند و همچنین دولت آینده پیگیری این موضوع است.

تاجیک بیان کرد: متأسفانه برخی از موارد قانون کار هم اجرا نمی شود. بعضی از موارد قانون کار هم ضمانت اجرایی ندارد. تبصره دو ماده ۷ قانون کار نیازمند اصلاح است. در کار موقت برای نهایت مدت کار کارگران ۴سال  در نظر گرفته شده است. یعنی اگر کارگری در کاری که ماهیت موقت دارد حدود ۴سال فعالیت کند, قراردادش دائمی است. اما درباره کار دائم این موضوع لحاظ نشده است. هستند کارگرانی که در کارهایی با ماهیت دائم فعالیت می کنند اما با وجود آنکه به طور مثال ۱۵سال است که در یک مجموعه هستند اما قراردادکاری آنها ۶ماه به ۶ماه تمدید می شود. این موضوع باعث عدم امنیت شغلی برای کارگران است. به همین دلیل نیاز است که این مسئله اصلاح شود.
