وجیه‌الله جعفری دیروز در نشست هم‌اندیشی با اصحاب رسانه که در سازمان توسعه و نوسازی معادن و صنایع معدنی ایران برگزار شد، گفت: بیش از ۹۰ درصد معادن کشور در شعاع ۲۰ کیلومتری روستاها قرار دارد.
وی افزود: در سال ۱۴۰۰ صادرات محصولات غیرنفتی در بخش معدنی به ارزش ۱۲ میلیارد دلار بود.
رئیس هیات عامل سازمان توسعه و نوسازی معادن و صنایع معدنی ایران با بیان اینکه بستر ساز و حمایت جزء نقش سازمان است، افزود: ۷.۶ میلیارد دلار از سرمایه بخش خصوصی در بخش معادن جذب شده که طی بازه زمانی حدود ۵ ساله ۲.۵ میلیارد دلار آن تکمیل شده است.
وی اظهار داشت: از ابتدای تاسیس ایمیدرو در سال ۸۱ ظرفیت تولید فلزات اساسی کشور افزایش قابل ملاحظه‌ای داشته است به طوری که فولاد ۵.۴ برابر (از ۸ به ۴۳.۵ میلیون تن)، کاتد مس ۲.۴ برابر (از ۱۹۰ به ۴۵۰ هزار تن) و شمش آلومینیوم ۳.۵ برابر (از ۲۱۶ به ۷۷۰ هزارتن) رسیده است.
جعفری بیان داشت: براساس قانون معادن باید بخشی از درآمد دولت و اشخاص دارای معدن باید به مجموعه اطراف معادن کمک شود که اگر این مهم صورت بگیرد و اثر وضعی بر معیشت افراد آن منطقه بگذارد قطعا ذهنیت عموم نیز به سمت حمایت از این صنایع خواهد رفت.
رئیس هیات عامل ایمیدرو با اشاره به اینکه برای تامین برخی از مواد اولیه نیازمند واردات هستیم، بیان داشت: به عنوان مثال واردکننده پودرآلومینا هستیم که البته چهار روش برای تامین آن وجود دارد که یکی از این روش‌ها اکتشاف معدنی در بخش بوکسیت آن است.
وی در مورد تامین سنگ آهن افزود: ذخایر سنگ آهن موجود کشور به صورتی نیست که کفایت برنامه‌ها را داشته باشد ۵۵ میلیون تن پیش‌بینی ظرفیت بوده است و امروز حدود ۴۵ میلیون تن ظرفیت ایجاد شده و ۳۰ میلیون تن آن تولید می‌شود.
رئیس هیات عامل سازمان توسعه و نوسازی معادن و صنایع معدنی ایران در بخش تولید سنگ آهن در حال انجام چند کار هستیم، گفت: یکی از این کارها برنامه‌ریزی برای اکتشافات عمیق است و در این باره در مناطق استان یزد اقداماتی انجام شده است و پیش‌بینی می‌شود که یکی از این موارد به ذخایر سنگ آهن موجود کمک کند.
وی افزود: طی ۱۰ سال گذشته یک میلیون و ۴۵۰ هزار متر حفاری اکتشافی انجام شده و مجموع هزینه کرد در حوزه اکتشاف بالغ بر ۱۴۵۵ میلیارد تومان بوده است. ارزش ذخایر جدید کشف شده از سال ۹۲ تا ۱۴۰۰ نیز بیش از ۱۳ میلیارد دلار بوده است.
جعفری در خصوص وضع عوارض و تنظیم بازار اظهار داشت: برای ایجاد زنجیره‌های تولید در کشور باید از خام فروشی مواد معدنی جلوگیری شود لذا با توجه به اینکه تامین مواد اولیه واحدهای تولیدی جزء سیاست‌های وزارت صمت است هر جا که لازم باشد برای حمایت از این واحدهای تولیدی ممکن است عوارض صادراتی در مورد برخی از کالاها تعیین شود و این تصمیمات در کمیته تنظیم بازار اتخاذ می‌شود.
وی در مورد طرح گوهرسنگ‌ها بیان داشت: این طرح‌ها می‌تواند بسیار کمک کننده باشد زیرا در بسیاری از جاها ممکن است معادن گوهر سنگ موجود باشد و از آن اطلاع نداریم.
جعفری اظهار داشت: در خصوص گوهرسنگ‌ها سه مرحله اکتشاف، بهره‌وری درست و بازار دارای اهمیت است و همه اینها مستلزم آن است که یک گروه از مجموعه کشور در کنار هم قرار گیرند و لذا یک کمیته راهبردی برای آن تشکیل شده و سازمان نیز به نمایندگی از وزارتخانه دبیری این مجموعه را انجام می‌دهد.
