طی جلسه‌ای با حضور علی جباری، مدیرعامل بیمه رازی آقای فرشید پورکاویان به عنوان مشاور مدیرعامل و مدیر پشتیبانی و ساختمان معرفی شد.
در این مراسم که معاونان و مدیران شرکت در کنار همکاران مدیریت پشتیبانی و ساختمان حضور داشتند، جباری، عملکرد مدیریت پشتیبانی و ساختمان را بسیار تاثیرگذار دانست و گفت: عملکرد همکاران این مدیریت به لحظه در عملکرد همکاران شرکت و مجموعه بیمه رازی بروز دارد، از این روز این مدیریت باید با تمام مدیریت‌ها و واحدها همکاری تنگاتنگی داشته باشند.
او خاطرنشان کرد: امید است با حضور جناب آقای پورکاویان و همراهی همکاران در مدیریت پشتیبانی و ساختمان، فرآیندها هرچه زودتر اصلاح شود تا بیمه رازی با سرعت و همیت بیشتری در مسیر اوج خود ادامه مسیر دهد.
مدیرعامل بیمه رازی با اشاره به وجود نیروهای حرفه‌ای و باتجربه در مدیریت پشتیبانی تاکید کرد: در این مدیریت باید از فرآیندهای سنتی به روش‌ها و فرآیندهای به‌روز حرکت کرد.
در این جلسه از زحمات خسرو علیایی- سرپرست سابق مدیریت پشتیبانی و ساختمان تقدیر و تشکر شد.
فرشید پورکاویان، تحصیل کرده رشته حقوق خصوصی در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد از دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است و تا به امروز به مدت ۲۵ سال در صنعت بیمه کشور در سمت‌های کارشناس، رئیس اداره، رئیس کل و معاون مدیر مشغول به خدمت بوده است.
از سوابق کاری او می‌توان به کارشناس رسمی قوه قضائیه در امور بیمه از سال ۱۳۸۷؛ و اظهارنظر در دهها پرونده تخصصی بیمه، مدرس دروس حقوق، قوانین و مقررات بیمه، اصول بیمه حقوق کار و تأمین اجتماعی، حقوق حمل ونقل و … و مدیر اداره کل حقوقی و امور قراردادهای بیمه ایران اشاره کرد.
از او تالیفات متعددی در حوزه حقوق حمل و نقل، اصول و کلیات بیمه، حقوق بیمه و قوانین کار و تامین اجتماعی به چاپ رسیده است.
