در این بازدید، رگولاتور ارتباطات از اقدامات ایرانسل در زمینۀ توسعۀ زیرساخت شبکۀ ملی اطلاعات و تحول دیجیتال، به‌خصوص فعالیت‌های خلاقانۀ ایرانسل در حوزۀ توسعۀ شبکۀ نسل پنجم تلفن‌همراه، تقدیر کرد.
وی همچنین در جریان بازدید از خدمت «ارتباط با مشتریان ویژه ناشنوایان» که برای اولین بار در ایران ارائه می‌شود، یک تماس تصویری زنده با این بخش در مرکز ارتباط با مشتریان ایرانسل برقرار و بر توجه هر چه بیشتر به اقشار توان‌یاب تأکید کرد.
این خدمت به عنوان یکی از نمونه‌های توجه ایرانسل به اقشار توان‌یاب در دسترسی به خدمات دیجیتال، علاوه بر روش گفت‌وگوی متنی، امکان تماس تصویری و گفت‌وگو با زبان اشاره، متناسب با نیاز این دسته از مشترکان را نیز ارائه می‌دهد.
عباسی شاهکوه، ضمن تقدیر از رویکرد مسؤولیت اجتماعی و توجه ایرانسل به فراگیری دیجیتال و دسترسی همه اقشار به خدمات ارتباطی، تأکید کرد که این راهکار می‌تواند در قالب خدمت، به سایر سازمان‌ها، از جمله ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات اضطراری مانند آتش‌نشانی و اورژانس، ارائه شود.
در این بازدید، همچنین کارشناسان مرکز نوآوری ایرانسل، راهکارهای هوشمند ایرانسل مبتنی بر کلان‌داده، از جمله طرح مدیریت ترافیک با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی بر بستر شبکۀ ۵G را به معاون وزیر ارتباطات ارائه کردند که این بخش، با استقبال وی مواجه شد.
