حسین قربان زاده با بیان اینکه سیصد و هشتاد و یکمین جلسه هیئت واگذاری با حضور اعضای این هیئت، وزرای مربوطه و نمایندگان مجلس برگزار شد، گفت: فروش سهام شرکت هلدینگ پتروشیمی خلیج فارس در روزهای آتی با شرایطی که در جلسه تعیین شد از مصوبات این جلسه بود.
رئیس سازمان خصوصی سازی افزود: شرکت هلدینگ پتروشیمی خلیج فارس در قالب سه بلوک عرضه خواهد شد که جزئیات و اطلاعیه عرضه آن در هفته آینده منتشر می شود.
قربان زاده در این رابطه اظهار داشت: این شرکت ارزندگی بالایی دارد و شرکت های بزرگی زیر مجموعه این شرکت هستند و عملاً ۴۰ درصد پتروشیمی کشور وابسته به شرکت هلدینگ خلیج فارس بوده ک در سال گذشته نیز ارز آوری خوبی برای کشور داشته است.
معاون وزیر اقتصاد افزود: در رابطه با این عرضه، قطعاً شاهد رقابت خوبی خواهیم بود و البته مذاکرات خوبی نیز با مشتریان بالقوه که آمادگی حضور در مزایده را دارند،صورت گرفته است.
رییس سازمان خصوصی سازی درباره دیگر مصوبات این جلسه بیان داشت: بر اساس مصوبه هیئت وزیران در تیرماه سال جاری، این سازمان مکلف شده است بخشی از سهام شرکت‌های مجتمع صنعتی اسفراین و شرکت پالایشگاه های نفت امام خمینی شازند را به صندوق بازنشستگی منتقل کند که تعیین قیمت سهام این شرکت ها در این جلسه انجام شد.
قربان زاده افزود: به دلیل آماده بودن عرضه سهام شرکت پالایشگاه های نفت امام خمینی شازند در بورس، منتظر دستور وزیر اقتصاد هستیم تا با ملاحظاتی که در خصوص بازار سرمایه وجود دارد در زمان مناسبی این عرضه اولیه صورت گیرد.
وی اظهار داشت: این پالایشگاه به دلیل پیچیدگی در تکنولوژی و کیفیت بنزین، جزو پالایشگاه های درجه اول و مطلوب است و امیدواریم عرضه اولیه این شرکت با موفقیت انجام رسد.
