وی تصریح کرد: کالاهایی که وارد منطقه اصلی شده و ما آن را به اسم قاچاق می‌شناسیم چیزی نیست که بخواهد از راه‌های در رو و از یک منطقه کوچک وارد شود بلکه همین کالاهایی هستند که به‌صورت رسمی وارد کشور می‌شوند اما در آمار و به‌صورت قانونی ثبت نمی‌شوند.
