افشین دادرس رئیس اتحادیه دام سبک کشور در پاسخ به اینکه خرید تضمینی گوشت که قرار بود توسط شرکت پشتیبانی امور دام کشور از دامداران انجام شود به کجا رسید؟ گفت: متاسفانه شرکت پشتیبانی امور دام کشور اعتبار کافی برای خرید گوشت از دامداران را ندارد و خرید متوقف شده است.
دادرس افزود: یکی از راهکارها این است که از ظرفیت سایر نهادها و ارگان هایی که فعالیت های اقتصادی دارند استفاده شود و این اقدام در دولت سیزدهم هم ادامه یابد.بخشی نهادها در حوزه کشاورزی فعالیت می کنند که می تواند به کمک بخش کشاورزی بیاید.
تعدادی هلدینگ های کشاورزی از جمله سازمان اقتصادی کوثر که ظرفیت های خوبی دارند و می توان از سرمایه ها و دانش فنی آنها استفاده کرد، اخیرا سازمان اقتصادی کوثر در احیای مرغ آرین نیز اقدامات خوبی انجام داده است. در حال حاضر دامداران کشور می گویند مازاد تولید گوشت در کشور وجود دارد و بارها درخواست مجوز صادرات کرده‌اند اما موافقتی نشده است اکنون می گویند برنامه خرید تضمینی هم از سوی دولت متوقف شده است.
دادرس در ادامه با بیان اینکه دولت دوازدهم زمین سوخته تحویل دولت آینده میدهد گفت باید از ظرفیت‌های بخش خصوصی استفاده شود و دولت سیزدهم به تنهایی قادر به حل این مشکلات و چالش ها نخواهد بود. وی مشکلات تامین نهاده، نداشتن برنامه های صادراتی، نداشتن نظام توزیع مناسب بازار و عدم حمایت از تولید کنندگان را از مشکلات عمده تولیدکنندگان عنوان کرد.
رئیس اتحادیه دام سبک کشور افزود: اینکه ما فکر کنیم دولت آینده یک‌شبه اوضاع را ساماندهی می کند فکر درستی نیست و باید در این زمینه برنامه‌ریزی انجام شود.
